Obituary Condolences

Elizabeth Linder RHINEBECK- Elizabeth W. Linder, 98, a longtime Rhinebeck resident, passed away on Friday, May 3, 2013, at the Thompson House in Rhinebeck. For many years, Elizabeth, along with her family, where the owners and operators of Linder Farm in Rhinebeck. Elizabeth was a communicant of Good Shepherd Church in Rhinebeck. Born Nov. 28, 1914, in New York, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Wendelin and Josephine (Lang) Linder. She is survived by many nieces and nephews including: Katherine M. Kilker of Red Hook, Rita Kilrane of Bronx, Carla Linder, and James Linder both of Maryland. She is also survived by many greatnieces and nephews; her close friends, Louis and Janet McNally of Accord; and many friends. She was predeceased by her five brothers, Aloysius, Lawrence, Joseph, Walter, and Clemente Linder. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at Church of the Good Shepherd in Rhinebeck. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Queens. There will be no calling hours. Memorial donations may be made in Elizabeth's memory to the Church of the Good Shepherd, 3 Mulberry Street, Rhinebeck, N.Y., 12572.
