Marton was a great coworker and friend. We will miss him. You could always depend on him for a smile or kind word. Marton was one of the many people that was there for me when I lost my sister. As a person he was always trying to look at the bright side of life and taught me there are always people that are less fortunate then our selves. He will be missed.

Marton was a great neighbor. His wave from the porch brightened my day often. He loved his Woodland home and watched over our valley in his own private way. My family will miss him very much and our deepest sympathy and love goes out to Nancy.

I have come to think of Marton as one of our Woodland Valley staples. That friendly fellow who, as often as not, would be sitting near his substantial woodpile waving each time I drove by. I'm shocked to hear of his death, and send condolences to Nancy. So sorry, dear girl.
