Richard Blaine Butler JACKSONVILLE, FLA.-Richard Blaine Butler, 71 of Jacksonville, Fla. formerly of Kingston died Thursday April 4, 2013 at the Community Hospice Halo for Adult Care in Mandarin, Florida. Born March 25, 1942 in Altoona, Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late Hiram and Marie Butler. Richard served in the U.S. Army for two years, was employed by Duplex in Kingston and at Unisource Direct Mailing Service in Jacksonville. Surviving is his wife, Agnes (Schatzel) Butler whom he married 43 years ago on May 2, 1970; his son Richard C. Butler and his fiancée Kirsten; his daughter Christine Glenn and her husband Robert. Sisters and brothers-in- law Maryann VanWagenen, Helene Sorg, Gerald, Henry Schatzel, and the late Thomas, George, Raymond, and Vincent Schatzel. Nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral arrangements are by Hatcher Cremation, Jacksonville, Florida. A Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church in Jacksonville with burial in Jacksonville Memorial Gardens, 111 Blanding Boulevard, Orange Park, Florida.
