Winifred F. Brady KINGSTON-Winifred F. Brady, 89, formerly of Gage Street died Saturday April 6, 2013 at Golden Hill Healthcare Center. Winifred was born in Kingston, N.Y. on July 14, 1923; a daughter of the late Fannie V. (Maloney) and James J. Brady. Winnie graduated from St. Joseph's School in 1937, she was a member of Kingston High School Class of 1941, and went on to attend and graduate from the Moran's Business School. Winnie was employed as a Taxi Dispatcher for Schultz Taxi in Kingston for 44 years. She is the oldest member of the Ladies A.O.H. Division One, and is a lifetime parishioner of St. Mary's Church in Kingston. She is also a member of A.H. Wicks Ladies Auxiliary, the Local and National A.A.R.P., and the former St. Joseph's Senior Citizens. Surviving is her Goddaughter; Shelly Simmons and her husband Wayne of Kingston, as well as many cousins. Besides her parents; A brother; James J. Brady Jr. and sisters; Mary C. Brady and Fannie Victoria Brady all died previously. Funeral arrangements are under the guidance of the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc., 27 Smith Avenue, Kingston. www.jvleahyfh.com. Friends will be received at the funeral home Wednesday April 10, 2013 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., a procession will then form and proceed to St. Joseph's Church for an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Kingston.
