Catherine Marie Pagan LAKE KATRINE- Catherine Marie Pagan 81, Of Kingston and Saugerties, who worked as a housekeeper at The Benedictine Hospital for over twenty years died Monday May 5, 2014 at Ten Broeck Commons. Mrs. Pagan retired from The Benedictine Hospital in 1995. She also was employed as a secretary for Needes Express. Catherine was the anchor of her family, she enjoyed the large family cookouts and parties. She loved spending time with all of her children and their families. Spending times by the river, and doing word searches. She was predeceased by her husband of sixty three years, William R. Pagan, and a son Robert Pagan. Surviving are six sons; James (Gloria) of Albany, William L., Ronald (Debbie), and Marc (Jean) all of Kingston, Steven (Rohnda) of Arizona, Victor (Heidi) of Saugerties. One daughter Lisa Phillips of Connelly; 21 grandchildren 17 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral arrangements were preplanned, and under the guidance of Joseph V Leahy Funeral Home, Inc. 27 Smith Avenue, Kingston, N.Y. Friends will be received at the funeral home Thursday 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home Friday at 10 a.m. Bernard Gray Funeral Celebrant will preside. Burial Wiltwyck Cemetery.
