Heinz Vogt KINGSTON- Heinz “Henry’’ Vogt, 87, of Kingston, died at Ten Broeck Commons in Lake Katrine. He was born April 13, 1927 in the Bronx, to the late Heinrich “Heinz” Vogt and Elizabeth (Gdynia) Vogt. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Kingston, a member of the Kingston Maennerchor and Damenchor and a member of the Steuben Society of America. Heinz is survived by his siblings, Rita Fisk of Jacksonville, Fla., Walter Vogt and his wife Doris of Saugerties, George Vogt and his wife Peggy of Lady Lake, Fla., and Paul Vogt of Hudson, as well as several nieces and nephews. Entrusted to the care of Luke Keyser of A. Carr & Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Ave, Kingston, N.Y., 12401 where friends may visit on Sunday June 8, 2014 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. The Kingston Maennerchor Choir will assemble at 5:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Prayers will begin at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Kingston Maennerchor & Damenchor, Greenkill Avenue, Kingston, N.Y., 12401.
