MacFee, Lillian  
Lillian passed away June 24, 2016, at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Scotia in 1932, Lillian was the daughter of the late LeRoy M. Young and Lillie Edna Swatling Young. She was the widow of her beloved husband, Vernon A. MacFee, who passed away in 2003 after 46 years of marriage. She attended Scotia and Amsterdam schools, and was employed by Loblaws and P&C Markets, retiring in 1988. She enjoyed puzzles, crocheting and was a gifted cook. Lillian is survived by her devoted son, Matthew Brantley, Sr. and his wife, Shelley of Glenville; by her loving grandson, Matthew Brantley, Jr. and his wife, Sue; and her cherished great-granddaughter, Liliana of Glastonbury, CT. Also survived by her sister, Gladys K. Young of Ballston Spa; and a brother, James W. Young and his partner, Joan Mason of Scotia; also by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins. Lillian was predeceased by her brothers, William H. Young and Matthew Young. At Lillian's request, there will be no calling hours and cremation will take place. Burial services will be strictly private at a later date. Maloney, Kenneth C.  
Kenneth C. Maloney, 41, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 21st, 2016. Kenny's great love was his many dogs (especially Chico) that he's had over the years. He was known as "the dog whisperer". Everyone will remember Kenny for his beautiful smile and infectious laugh. Kenny was the loving son of Colleen (Tom) Malloy and Owen Maloney. He will be forever missed by them along with his grandmother, Joan Spofford; sister, Megan; brothers, Rory and Zack; aunts, Kelley (David) Brockmann, Holly Spofford, and Mary (Jim) Mazik; uncles, Scott Spofford and Tim (Barb) Spofford; along with many cousins, and special nephews, Leo and Noah Rodriguez. Kenny was predeceased by his grandfather, Avery Spofford; and uncles, Jim, and Chris Spofford. A memorial service will be held at the discretion of his family at a later date. Mauro, Louis J.  
Beloved Louis J. Mauro "Pop", age 87, of Chatsworth Way in Clifton Park, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 20, 2016 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY. He was born in Schenectady and was the son of the late Frank and Rose (Panella) Mauro. Lou was a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School. In 1946, he entered service with the US Marines Corps and was honorably discharged in 1948 as Corporal. He was a Machinist and Assemblyman at General Electric Co. in Schenectady for many years. He was a communicant and active participant in the Catholic faith, most recently of St. Edward the Confessor Church. "Pop" loved the simple things in life like home cooked meals, ice cream cones, and long car rides. He found it hard to pass by a Stewarts Shop without stopping for a Take 5 lotto ticket. He was a social man who was treasured by his friends and family. His quick wit and colorful character will be sorely missed by all who knew him. "Pop" touched the hearts of all he met through his ability to create light and laughter wherever he went. He was the beloved husband of the late Bette J. (Finn) Mauro; loving father of Tina (John) Audino and Michele Tartaglia; cherished grandfather of Monique (Pauley) Vellano and Nicolette Audino; devoted brother to Joan (Rudy) Beerle; dedicated companion of Carol Ann Lowes, all of whom will miss him beyond measure. "Pop" also leaves behind a number of church friends who held him in the highest regard. All are welcome to attend a Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated Friday, June 24, 2016 at 10 a.m. at St. Edward the Confessor Church, 569 Clifton Park Center Road, Clifton Park, NY. Kasiah Zelma Maynor, infant daughter of Kirk Maynor and Katherine Carboni, died Thursday, June 16, 2016, at Bellevue Hospital for Woman. In addition to her parents, she is survived by four brothers; grandparents, Denise Maynor Clark, Leatha Jimerson, John (Barbara) Carboni; aunts, uncles and cousins. McMorris, Eugene H.  
Eugene H. McMorris, 92, of Schenectady, passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady surrounded by his loving family. Born in Schenectady, he was the son of the late Clifford and Mildred (Reich) McMorris. Eugene served his country during WWII as a Navy Torpedoman 3rd Class on the USS Grouper in the South Pacific. He was employed as a Police Officer for the Town of Colonie serving 28 years as a detective and later retiring as a sergeant. Eugene served as the past president of the Colonie PBA and was also a life member of the Stanford Heights fire department. He was a member of the Rotterdam Elks and the VFW Zaloga Post in Albany. Eugene enjoyed golf and bowling. He also enjoyed traveling and family outings. Eugene was predeceased by his wife, Doris (Gorden) McMorris; and brother, Armstrong McMorris. He is survived by his five loving children, Christine Charette (Al) of Atlanta, GA, David C. McMorris (Late Joyce) of Albany, Lori McMorris of Schenectady, Holly McMorris of Schenectady and Terri McMorris of Cedar Hill, Texas; also survived by four grandchildren, Kyle Charette, Danielle Charette, Kristin McMorris and Kevin McMorris; sisters-in-law, Jean Gordon and Evelyn Viscusi both of Schenectady; as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Eugene will be Thursday 10 a.m. at the Bond Funeral Home, Broadway and Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady. Calling hours will be Wednesday evening 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memory Gardens in Colonie. The family wishes to extend a heart felt thank you to the nurses and staff at Ellis Hospital (C-4) as well as hospice for their care and comfort of our father.
