Leona A. Fleig MechanicvilleLeona A. Fleig, 75, of Mechanicville and formerly of Glens Falls and Schenectady, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, November 5, 2012. She was born August 19, 1937 in Glens Falls, the youngest of 12 children to Daniel and Leonie (Lemery) Legault. Survivors include her children, Edward Fleig of South Carolina, Pamela (Richard) Hansen of Scotia, Robert (Karen) Fleig of Guilderland, Michael Fleig of Florida, Stephen Fleig of Binghamton, Patricia (Jeff) Fleig, Thomas Fleig of South Carolina, John (Peggy) Fleig of South Carolina and Virginia Mosier of Mechanicville. She was lovingly known as Mima to her 16 grandchildren, Dr. Jonathan and Brianna Paul, Catherine Willwerth, Jordon, Joey, Ryan and Taylor Fleig, Lisa and Lindsey Fleig, Noel Fleig, Michael Fleig, Madison and Sarah Weatherwax, Sgt. Richard, Jason and Tyler Mosier and six great-grandchildren, Justin and Camryn Hart, Ella Monroe Mosier, Ava and Violet Diamante, Aiden Fleig and soon to be, Jaxson Leo Mosier. Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, November 9, 2012 at the Singleton Sullivan Potter Funeral Home, 407 Bay Road, Queensbury.
