Page Marston Schmitt Ballston SpaPage Marston Schmitt, 87, passed away on March 8, 2013 at the Maplewood Manor in Ball- ston Spa, New York. He was born on December 17, 1925 in Washington, D.C. to Edwin A. Schmitt and Joy Marston Schmitt. Page grew up in Washington, D.C. He served in the U.S. Naval Service from 1943 to 1945 as a naval aviator. He attended George Washing- ton University, earning a de- gree in engineering and in 1954 moved to the Capital District Area where he worked as an engineer for 38 years at the General Electric Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory. Page is survived by his spouse, June of Malta, NY; his children, Deborah M. Carrow and husband, Grant, Pamela M. Schmitt and Edwin W. Schmitt and wife, Gail of the Boston, MA area; and his grandchil- dren, Daniel M. Carrow, Ste- phen W. Carrow, Aaron W. Schmitt, and Emma R. Schmitt. A visitation will be held at the Townley and Wheeler Fu- neral Home in Ballston Lake from 2 to 4 on March 10, 2013. A funeral service will be held at the Calvary Episcopal Church in Burnt Hills, NY at 10 a.m. on March 11, 2013. Burial will fol- low at Rock Creek Cemetery in Washington D.C.
