MARILYN WUNDERLICH Obituary

Marilyn B. Wunderlich, age 75, entered into eternal life Tuesday, November 22, 2011. Born in Schenectady, she had been a lifelong area resident and was the daughter of the late Cecil and Ella Houghton Braddy. She was employed by Knolls Atomic Power Laboratories for 10 years before becoming a homemaker. Marilyn was a member of the Burnt Hills United Methodist Church where she was on the board of trustees for three years, chairwoman of the parsonage committee and chairwoman of the pancake breakfast during the Lord's Acre Fair. She was an avid gardener and was a member in a local gardening club, enjoyed bowling and was a member of the High Noon Bowling League at Skyway Lanes. Marilyn enjoyed traveling and cruises with her husband and adored her twin grandchildren. Beloved wife of 50 years to Louis Wunderlich; loving mother of Scott Wunderlich of Scotia and Eric Wunderlich and his wife, Paula of Burnt Hills; cherished grandmother of Justin and Olivia Wunderlich; and sister of Bruce (Sue) Braddy and Gary Braddy. She is also survived by her close friends, Rita Eckert and Joyce Glow; and nieces, Holly and Joy. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, November 26, 2011 at Griswold Funeral Home, 1867 State St., Schenectady. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Friday, 4 to 7 p.m. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park, Schenectady. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Burnt Hills United Methodist Church, 816 Rt. 50, Burnt Hills, NY 12027 or to the American Heart Association, 440 New Karner Rd. Albany, NY 12205. So sorry to learn of Marilyn's death. We were neighbor friends many, many years ago when I lived on Wagon Wheel Lane. Enjoyed talking and doing crafts with her. Had alot of good conversations on life and
