Dennis C. Montanye GlenvilleDennis C. Montanye, 62, lost his valiant battle with can- cer on Satur- day, March 9, 2013. Born in Cob- leskill, NY, to Carl and Hilda Dietz Mon- tanye, he was a 1969 graduate of Mont Pleasant High School and started his career in con- struction. Dennis co-owned Nana Angie's Italian Kitchen with his wife, was a member of the Laborer's Union for many years, and most recently was employed by Executive Clean- ers. Dennis was a confirmed bachelor until he met and mar- ried the love of his life, Terri-Ann Krasucki on September 18, 1977. Dennis just celebrated his birthday with his family and friends and spent the next day at Turning Stone Casino doing what he loved best, gambling! Over the past several years, Dennis caught the bug for cruising. Dennis and Terri's cruises spanned from Nova Scotia to the Panama Canal through-out the Caribbean. Dennis will be fondly remem- bered for his Uncle Joe stories during the numerous camping trips with the Girl Scouts. Dennis is survived by his wife and best friend of 36 years, Terri-Ann; two adoring daugh- ters, Fawn Montanye and Morgan Montanye; son-in-law, Tom Crawford. He has espe- cially loved being Papa and will always keep Chloe-Ann, Jacob and Gia close to his heart; brother, Thomas (Patti) Mon- tanye; brothers-in-law, Charles Krasucki (Michele Adams), Robert and David Krasucki; mother-in-law, Dianna Kra- sucki; nephews, Israel Mon- tanye (Kira), Charles Krasucki III (Chrystie); nieces, Kathleen Montanye, Sarah and Courtney Krasucki. Dennis had a special place in his heart for Sonia Po- lanski and Pauline Mickey DeMartino. Dennis was prede- ceased by his parents and his father-in-law, Robert Krasucki. The family would like to ex- tend a very special thank you to Dave and Michele Travis, Community Hospice and his special angel, Faith Thompson.
