Maude Harnden Dunlap SchenectadyMaude Harnden Dunlap, 86, died Tuesday Morning, January 8, 2013 at Ellis Hospital. Maude was born in Schenectady, NY on November 10, 1926, the daughter of the late George and Anna Harnden. She was raised and educated in Scotia and was a graduate of Scotia-Glenville H.S. She subsequently attended and graduated from Syracuse University with a BS in business management. Maude was employed for 33 years at General Electric Company in Schenectady from which she retired in 1987. She was a long time communicant of the First Unitarian Church in Schenectady. Survivors include her son, Christopher (Michelle) Gray; a brother, George Harnden; and a niece, Diane Harnden. Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Colonie. Memorial contributions may be made in Maude's name to the Animal Protective Foundation, Maple Ave., Scotia, NY 12302.
