William E. Brown SchenectadyWilliam Bill E. Brown, 87, of Schenectady, passed away peacefully Thursday, January 23, 2014 at his Woodlawn home. (Susan) Brown, Keith (Miriam) Brown, and Kevin (Cristina) Brown; five grandchildren, Shalene, Leana (Marcus Williams), Alicia, Angelica and Alex Brown; great-granddaughter, Zoey; and his sister, Peggy Wilson.
