Mary Alice Van Muiswinkel Raleigh, NCAlice Van Muiswinkel. 99, passed away peacefully on March 13. Mary was born in Portland, Maine; she was the daughter of the late George and Edith Shutts Richards. She was reared in Hillsdale, New York and lived in Pattersonville for over 69 years. She worked as a clerk for New York State for many years, in Albany. She was the longest continuous member of the Woestina Reformed Church for 73 years. She was a member of the Glenville Grange and one of her favorite pastimes was square dancing. She was a member of the Ladies Aid and Women's Guild. She was predeceased by her husband, Cornelius Van Muiswinkel; son, Cornelius Wayne; great-grandson, Stephen Kilpatrick, III; and her brother, Raymond Lovallo. She was the beloved mother of Edith (Ray) Roberts, Julia Van Muiswinkel and Ann (Ray Zielinski) McDowell; she had five wonderful grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the Woestina Reformed Church, 1397 Main Street, Rotterdam Junction, New York 12150 on Tuesday morning from 10 until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made in Mary's memory to the Woestina Reformed Church.
