Helen L. Inghram Esperance Helen Inghram of Esperance, died March 26 in the comfort of her home after a long illness. Helen was born September 26, 1936 in Schoharie, the daughter of Charles and Ada (Wilsey) Holmes. She graduated from Schoharie High School in 1954. Helen enjoyed gardening, line dancing and was an active bowler until her decline in health. She was also a faithful volunteer at the Animal Shelter of Schoharie Valley and a member of the Grosvenor's Corners United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Fred Inghram; her children, Kenneth (Jil) Inghram of Denver, CO and Glenn Inghram of Boston, MA; two grandchildren, Matthew Inghram of Fairfax, VA and Ashley Inghram of Monterey, CA; her uncle, Carl Wilsey of Schoharie; several cousins; and her beloved cat, Rascal. A private interment for immediate family will be held later at the Old Stone Fort Cemetery.
