William J. Piche Mechanicville William J. Piche, 46, of Mechanicville died suddenly at his home on Saturday, August 9, 2014. He was born in Troy, NY before moving to Clifton Park. Billy attended Shenendehowa Central School for a few years before his accident. He then attended BOCES in Saratoga County. Billy had lots of friends and enjoyed being around them. He also loved being around his nieces and nephews. He was a kind hearted soul who helped anyone who needed it. Billy was predeceased by his mother, Roberta L. Childs. Survivors include his father and step mother, John and June Piche of Troy; sister, Rebecca L. Dempsey (Greg) of Greenfield Center; a brother, John J. Piche III (Paula) of Scotia; a sister, Roberta L. Piche of Mechanicville; and a brother, Timothy J. Piche of Troy. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Callings hours will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2014 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt.9, Clifton Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Northeast Association of the Blind @ Albany, 301 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY 12206.
