My very deepest condolences to Gary's family (especially wife Terry, daughter Stefanie, his mother Betty and brother George). So sad to hear that my childhood friend has passed on. He will always live on in my heart and the memories we shared growing up - his wonderful family, their loving dog, eating the day's deformed hot dogs at the packing company, weekends at Sacandaga Lake, discussing what the real facts of life were, getting our first cars, water & snow skiing, camping trips, college years, bar hopping, trip to Hawaii, etc. Then we each moved on with our adult lives and the physical distance between us. So happy that he developed a wonderful family life and enjoyed his adult years. He gave wholeheartedly, deserved and received the very best this life has to offer with his family & friends. Till we meet again ole buddy - Tony

I am shocked and saddened by the loss of our dear friend Gary. I met Gary when he walked into my WW's meeting and I liked him right away. He was part of our family there, always quick to share a laugh and a motivational hug and help us all with his witty and heartfelt words of comfort. There are some people you meet in life, even if ever so briefly, who forever will impact the way you look at yourself and the world, and he was one of those special few. I know his family meant the world to him and I can't begin to convey my sympathies at your loss. Please know you will be in my thoughts and prayers and I will miss Gary tremendously. -Cathy, (Gary's WW's Leader and friend)

Terry, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. After meeting Gary at WW and only later realizing he is the great guy you always boasted about marrying, I could see that you married one of the kindest men around. I wish words could help to ease your pain somehow but I know that is not possible. I send my love and prayers to you and Stephanie that you may find comfort and strength.
Love, Rainey
