Archie E. Cellini Jr. GuilderlandArchie E. Cellini Jr., 80, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at his home. Archie was born on October 8, 1932 in Amsterdam and was the son of the late Archie E. and Jose- phine (Carne- vale) Cellini Sr., and brother of the late Mary A. Kilinski. He served in the U.S. Army dur- ing the Korean War. He worked for General Electric on their railroad for his entire career before retiring in 1987. He was a life member, past commander and former chap- lain at the North Albany Ame- rican Legion Post #1610 and a life member of VFW Post #1895 in Schenectady. He was an avid bowler and a fan of the NY Giants and the Boston Red Sox. Archie is survived by his lov- ing children, Saundra (Charles Jr.) Bousa, Richard (Terri) Cel- lini Sr., and Laura (Douglas) Johnston; his cherished grand- children, Richard Cellini Jr., Rachel Cellini, Charles Bousa III, Taylor Johnston, Alesia Bousa, and Emily Johnston; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Madeleine So- phie Church, 3500 Carman Road, Schenectady. Interment will follow at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville. Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans, Leo O'Brien Bldg., Albany, NY 12207 in memory of Archie E.
