Claude was jolly and very kind and always could be counted on to have a joke even when under pressure. He was a great supporter of my work in pleasing international customers no excuses. I am saddened to feel his presence is not to be found at Builders square where I ran into him frequently or at a CMU lunch. Good bye good friend. May all the American flags be dipped when you pass.
