ELMWOOD PARK - Rose T. Tesauro was born August 20, 1918 in Chicago to Wilhelm and Minnie Degler. She died December 16, 2014 in Arlington Heights. Rose is survived by her daughters Sylvia (Ed) Carfagnini and Diana (William) Tesauro; her grandchildren Edward (Regina) and Geoff (Jill); her great grandchildren Kate, Brooke and Franklin; her sister Dolores (late Ernest) Vestuto. She was preceded in death by her husband Louis Tesauro; her siblings Ernest, Frank, William and Lorraine (late Charles); and by her parents. Visitation Saturday, December 20, 2014 from 11:00 AM until the time of Mass at 12:00 PM at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights Interment All Saints Cemetery. ELK GROVE VILLAGE - The memorial service for Charles R. Trigg Jr., 65, of Elk Grove Village for 33 years, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, at Prince of Peace UMC, Elk Grove Village, with Cerna Castro-Rand officiating. Born May 11, 1949, in South Bend, IN, he passed away Dec. 13, 2014, at home. Mr. Trigg graduated from Elkhart High School, Elkhart, IN. He served in the US Army, 25th Infantry (6/1968-6/1970) in South Vietnam. Charles attended Indiana University, Bloomington, IN. He dedicated his time ot volunteer work, coaching girls' softball, church and family. He is survived by his wife, Linda (nee Burns) Trigg; children, Michael (Jessi) Trigg, Sarah (Harrison) Bradstreet and Megan Trigg; and grandchildren, Piper Trigg and Skylar Trigg. He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen (nee Seekins) Trigg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Prince of Peace United Methodist Church or LLS appreciated.

HUNTLEY - Maryrose H. Thoma, 89, formerly of Mount Prospect passed away Saturday, November 29, 2014 at home surrounded by her family. She was born July 18, 1925 in Chicago, the daughter of Frank and Rose (Gombotz) Gombotz. On April 23, 1955 she married Donald Thoma in Oak Park. She was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother and loved people. Maryrose is survived by her husband of 59 years Don; children, Donald F. (Beth) of Algonquin, David H. (Sylvia) of Hebron, Margaret Rose (Keith) Sobieszczyk of Woodstock, Gregory V. (Lissa) of Newbury Park, CA, Paul R. Thoma of Boulder, CO, Julia A. (Brad) Bellmore of Woodstock; grandchildren, Tara, Valerie, Hailey Rose, Samuel, Joseph, Michaella, Zach, Alisha, Jenessa, Savannah, Amelia, Olivia, Felicia Mary, Tanya Andrea, Ryne Joseph, Mackenzie Anne, Cody Jay, Ciara, Chloe; great-granddaughter, Iris Darby; dear cousins, Mary Helen Krueger and Carl Gambotz. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Frank and Victor Gombotz. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 12:00 Noon at the Evangelical Covenant Church, 1565 Larkin Ave., Elgin. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11 - Noon at the church. Burial will be at a later date in the Abraham Lincoln Cemetery. WHEATON - Thomas J. Todd, 61, a nineteen year resident of Wheaton, passed away December 10, 2014. He was born May 27, 1953 in Geneseo, IL and spent much of his childhood moving around as his father worked on the natural gas pipeline. His family later returned to Geneseo where he completed high school. He attended Texas A&M for two years, where he played collegiate basketball and track, before transferring to Augustana to continue his academic and athletic career. In 1975 he was a Division III All American, taking 3rd at the national meet in the 880 yd. He graduated in 1976 from Augustana College with with his B.A., and in 1988 received his M.S. of Education from Northern Illinois University. His teaching career started in Cresco, IA, before transferring to Kaneland, and finally Wheaton Central in 1987. He taught physics, astronomy, and geology at Wheaton Warrenville South High School, where he also served as the Head Coach for girls' track team until 1999, and as an Assistant Coach for boys' cross country. He was a member of the IHSA, and a starter for track meets. Well known for his warmth, sense of humor, and positive attitude - he believed that is was best to lead by example. He is survived by his three sons, Brandon (Claudia), of Wheaton, and Jason and Erik of Wheaton; his grandson Nils; his sister Jill Simes; and a nephew Nick Simes. He was preceded in death by his parents J.W. and Dorothy; and his two sisters, Martha Hulett and Julie Hillman. A memorial service will be held day Sunday, December 21st, 2014, 2PM, at Wheaton Warrenville South High School. John Tumino HOFFMAN ESTATES - John Tumino was the beloved husband of the late Carmela (nee Vitucci); devoted father of Salvatore (Gloria), Janet Lynn (Lee) Kempf, Cindy (Richard) Czopek and Frank Tumino; dear grandfather of Kristine, Maria and Samantha Tumino, Andrea (Brad) Miska, Ryan Czopek, Rebecca (Dustin) Fairbanks, and great-grandfather of Antonia, Vanessa, Anna and Jonathan. Mr. Tumino was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Friday, at St. Hubert Church, Hoffman Estates.
