The last leg of our journey started when we left the hospital and went to ManorCare. Then back to the ER and CCU. On Wednesday afternoon, May 13th we took the big step and entered hospice. This is only part of the story. Nancy was my friend, my partner, my wife and I will always love her. Visitation Saturday 9:45 AM until Services 11:00 AM at Trinity United Methodist Church, 605 W.
