ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - Roger L. Berggren, 78, died Aug. 26, 2015. Born July 10, 1937, in Chicago. He had worked in auto sales for many years. He was the husband of Marilyn (nee Malecki); father of Kim (Steve) Koburi, Jeffrey (Jacki) and Kevin Berggren; grandfather of eight; brother of the late Floyd Berggren. Funeral service and interment at a later date. BURGER, ADOLF - Arlington Heights  
Adolf Burger, 73, of Mount Prospect for 37 years, born Feb. 28, 1942, in Yugoslavia, and passed away Aug. 24, 2015, in Mount Prospect. Adolf immigrated to the U.S. from Austria in 1955. He married his loving wife, Erna, in 1965. He was a lifetime member of Real F.C. '57 Soccer Club. Before being afflicted with Alzheimer's, Adolf enjoyed life to the fullest with his family and friends. Adolf was the husband of Erna Burger; father of Peter (Connie) Burger and Susan (Jorge) Burger de Camacho; grandfather of Sofia Camacho, Vincent Burger, Anthony Burger and Nicole Burger; and brother of Marianne (Gordon) Rothoff and Elizabeth (Frank) Brandt. A life celebration service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Boston University-CTE Neuropathology Fund, c/o Boston Univ. CHAISER, RITA JOSEPHINE BLAIS - Plant City  
Rita Josephine Blais Chaiser, 93, was born at St. Joseph's hospital in Chicago, on July 24, 1922 to Fred Louis and Lucille Marie Blais. She entered Heavens-gate on August 14, 2015. Rita had an unwavering faith. In 1961 she helped open the doors of St. Viator High School in Arlington Heights, where she worked for 20 years. She was also deeply involved at St. James parish in Arlington Heights, and later at Resurrection Catholic Church upon retiring to Riverview , Florida, in 1983. At each parish Rita was involved in the choir and musicals, as a cast member and/or set designer. Rita enjoyed tending to a beautiful garden and crafting miniature rooms in her Victorian dollhouse. Most of all, she enjoyed being surrounded by family. Her love for her family was evident in everything she did. Her grace, love, kindness and devotion to God will continue to be an inspiration to her family forever. Rita was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Robert L. Chaiser, a son Bruce V. Chaiser (2012) and great-grandson Blake A. Elrod (2013). Rita is survived by her son Jay L. Chaiser and his wife Rosemary, son Matthew D. Chaiser, daughter Marie E. Youngblood and husband Ed. Rita is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, Stacy Elrod, Margaret Clague, Zoe Chaiser, Alcid Chaiser, Robert Chaiser, Angelique Thomas, Justin Chaiser, Stephen Chaiser, Stephanie Chaiser and Bailey Youngblood. God also blessed Rita with 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Rita had numerous nieces, nephews and cousins with whom she remained close. Funeral services for Rita will be held on September 1, 2015 at 1:00 pm: Hopewell Funeral Home, 6005 County Road 39S, Plant City, Florida 33567. Interment at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens, 2323 Brandon Blvd., Brandon, Florida 33511. CLARK, GLORIA TEDEI - ELGIN  
Gloria Tedei Clark, 94, passed away peacefully at her home, The Greens of Elgin, on Aug. 22, 2015. She was born in Franklin Park, IL on Feb. 16, 1921 to Frank and Helena Tedei, the youngest of three children. After graduating from Leyden High School, Gloria worked as a secretary where she met Donald Clark. They married and moved to Elgin, IL where Gloria resided for the remainder of her life. Gloria devoted her life to raising five children. She later returned to work as a School District U-46 secretary. Upon retirement from Illinois Park School, she worked part time in a medical office. Gloria loved knitting blankets, making toffee and playing Scrabble. She also loved tending her pink flower gardens.Gloria was an active member of Epworth United Methodist Church, serving on many committees including the United Methodist Women. She was preceded in death by her brother Louis. Gloria is survived by her loving children, Christi Clark, Daniel (Donna) Clark, Patti (Peter) Roehrs, Rhonda (Steven) Joustra and Bonnie (Brian) Kirmse; her grandchildren, Dana, Gloria and Christian Clark, Gregory (Sarah), Kyle (Ashley), Kevin and Mollie Joustra, and Daniel and David Kirmse; and great-grandchildren Kaden, Morgan and Rylan Joustra. She is also survived by her sister Victoria Rende and many dear nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Gloria's Life will be held at Epworth United Methodist Church, 37W040 Highland Ave., Elgin, IL on Saturday, Sept. 12 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Epworth United Methodist Church or Marklund ( www.marklund.org ), 1S450 Wyatt Drive, Geneva, IL 60134, where Gloria's niece Reggie Tedei resides. DIPRIMA, KATHLEEN A. - HANOVER PARK  
HANOVER PARK - A memorial gathering for Kathleen A. DiPrima, 59, will be held on September 5, 2015. Visitation will be from 9:00-10:30am followed by a 10:30am mass at St. Matthew Church, 1001 East Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg. Kathy was born on February 14, 1956 in Chicago, IL to the late Robert Campopiano and surviving mother, Ann Campopiano. She passed away on August 22nd in Hoffman Estates surrounded by her family. Kathy was a resident of Hanover Park for 33 years. She graduated from Forest View High School in 1974. Kathy worked for HSBC in Wood Dale putting in 13 years of service. Kathy was a five year member of the MMP Cenacle at St. Mary Church in Huntley, IL, and also the Bible Group at St. Matthew Church in Schaumburg. Kathy loved and cared for all her pets. She was a wonderful wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She will be missed and never forgotten. Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Richard DiPrima, whom she married on January 25, 1975. Also surviving is her mother, Ann Campopiano, her brother Dr. Ronald Campopiano (Joyce) her two sisters, Carol McIlwee (David) Mary Newlon (Michael) nieces Ashley McIlwee and Jessica Walczyk (Charlie). DODGEN, TERRENCE L. - ARLINGTON HEIGHTS  
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - Terrence L. Dodgen was born January 25, 1923 in Greenwood, South Carolina and raised in Gastonia, NC to James Amos and Mary Myrtie (nee Pace) Dodgen. He passed away August 27, 2015 at his home in Arlington Heights. Terrence served in the Coast Guard during WWII. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed spending time with his family. Terrence is survived by his wife Ann (nee Fitzpatrick); his children James (Maureen), Mary (Gerald) Lee, George (Chris), Bernard, Patricia Calderone, Michael (Deborah) and Robert; his 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Terrence is preceded in death by seven brothers, one sister and by his parents. Visitation Monday, August 31, 2015 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N.
