Rick Belle a resident of Naperville Rick Belle, age 48, died Friday, March 29, He was born October 19, 1964, in Saint Charles, to Stephen Charles and Jeanne Constance Belle. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly "nee" Bauer, and two daughters, Brittany (17) and Kelsey (14). Rick graduated from West Chicago High School in 1982. He went on to acquire an Associate's Degree in Business from the College of DuPage and then completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business at IL State University in 1988. He was President and Founder of All Star Custom Awards, originally All Star Publishing, founded in 1990. In his youth he earned the rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America. He was also active for several decades in the amateur wrestling community, first as a competitor and then as a certified official with the National Collegiate Athletic Association and the Illinois High School Association. A visitation will be held at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, Saturday, April 6 from 3:00 until 8:30 PM. A time of service is at 7:00. Interment is private.
