GARRY E. STAMM

Garry E. Stamm formerly of Aurora Garry E. Stamm, 68, of Oswego, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born Nov. 12, 1943, in Aurora, the son of Edmund and Viola (nee Bauer) Stamm. Garry was the owner/operator of Baron's Den Barbershop in Wheaton. He enjoyed outdoor activities, especially fishing and hunting. He also loved spending time with his three grandchildren. Garry is survived by his wife of 49 years, Connie Stamm (nee Hoovey); a son, Mike (Suzie) Stamm; a daughter, Michelle (Rick) Kuhn; three grandchildren, Katie Kuhn (10), Grace Kuhn (8) and Ryan Kuhn (2); and his twin brother, Terry (Sue) Stamm. In addition to his parents, Garry was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Stamm. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the memorial service time of 12 noon on Thursday, July 19, at The Healy Chapel, 332 W. Downer Place, Aurora.
