My wife and I both had Mr. Seri as our teacher for a number of classes at DePaul U. He was a real model for us both during our teaching careers. He was a wonderful man indeed and he influenced all of us to strive to be dedicated teachers. Thank you, Mr. Seri! Rest in peace and love, Mr. Seri. ~ Bill Schaefer and Linda (Elfinger) Schaefer, RIP

Jim was such a positive force for Lynn and I while attending DePaul - dealing with the rigors of athletics and academics. His enthusiasm always helped brighten the day. Our condolences to all of the family, and the many others of us who had the good fortune to cross paths with Jim.

I will certainly miss Jim here at Rob Roy. He always had a smile on this face and a kind word to say. He was part of our Monday night poker group and my friend and neighbor Flip's constant companion. My thoughts are with you Flip, Jon and all of Jim's family. May he rest in peace. Linda Walsh
