WILLARD THIEL Obituary

ROLLING MEADOWS - Willard M. Thiel Jr., 75, died May 20, 2018. Born December 2, 1942 in Evanston. He was a co-owner of B&J TV. Husband of Jacqueline (nee Geishecker); father of Edward Thiel; grandfather of Lucan Thiel and brother of Marilyn (the late William) Knilans and Susan (Mark) Pelletier. Visitation Friday 3 pm to 8 pm at the Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Road (½ block east of Route 53), Rolling Meadows. Funeral Saturday 10 am at St. Gregory's Episcopal Church, 815 Wilmot Road, Deerfield, IL 60015. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Illinois Railway Museum, c/o Electric Car Department, P.O. Box 427, Union, IL 60180 or Scouts BSA at www.scouting.org.
