Andrew C. McPherson Jr. of Hoffman Estates Andrew C. McPherson Jr., 80, was the beloved husband of Lois McPherson (nee Klumpp); loving father of Andrew McPherson III, Sharon (Richard King) Baxter McPherson, Mark McPherson and Todd (Cheryl) McPherson; devoted grandfather of Morgan Baxter, Wil McPherson, Richie McPherson and the late Evan Baxter; son of the late Georgina and Andrew McPherson Sr.; and dear brother of the late James, Mary Agnes and Jane McPherson. Andrew was an artist and received a master's degree in architecture from the University of Illinois. He was chairman of Hoffman Estates Park District Soccer League. Andrew was architect of Otis and Associates for 25 years, and was involved in the completion of many buildings in Hoffman Estates, Schaumburg and the surrounding areas. He was also a precinct captain in Hoffman Estates. A memorial visitation will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. with a service at 7:30 p.m. Friday, at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 330 W.
