Obituary Condolences

Annie Kandziora Annie Kandziora, nee Seiler was born April 1, 1930 in Munich, Germany and went to be with her Lord on April 19, 2013. Annie grew up on a farm in Bavaria and loved to tell the story of how she skied to school through the mountains. She worked for the telephone company in Germany and in 1953 met Al Kandziora. They were married a year later and moved to the United States. Annie worked at Continental Bank for many years. She was a talented seamstress, a great cook and made the best weiner schnitzel, German potato salad and apple strudel. Annie found great strength in her Christian faith. Annie was a kind and generous person and was always the first to lend a helping hand. Annie appreciated the small things in life and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Annie was preceded in death by her beloved husband Al and was a loving mother to Dorothy (Michael) Dote and Donald (Maureen) Kandziora and adoring, proud grandmother of Steven, Susan, Ryan and Keeley. Visitation will be Sunday April 21, 2013 from 5-8 PM at the chapel at Addolorata Villa, 555 McHenry Road in Wheeling, where funeral mass will be held Monday April 22 at 9:30 AM.
