EDWARD SCHWEIKERT Obituary

Edward Schweikert Edward Schweikert, 75, of Tecpan, Guatemala, and Barrington Ill., passed away on Sunday, Nov. 21, 2010, in Jalapa, Guatemala. Interment was held in Santa Catarina Mita, Guatemala, on Tuesday Nov. 23, where he was laid to rest with his beloved wife, Lucy, who passed away in 1986. A memorial gathering in his honor will be held Sunday, Dec. 12, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the South Barrington Country Club, Community Center, 3 Tennis Club Lane, South Barrington. "Eddie" was the loving father of Lucy (Dan) Knull, Elizabeth (Ben) Schweikert, Marta (Mike) Scarleski and Kimberly Schweikert; dear grandfather of Austin, Tyler and Lauren. He was a retired auto mechanic and enjoyed working for the Elk Grove Park District.
