Obituary Condolences

Ellsworth W. Jaquith St. Charles Ellsworth W. Jaquith "Jake," 66, Lost his battle with cancer on July 13, 2013, at home surrounded by family and friends. He was born June 17, 1947 in Wellston, Missouri and became a resident of St. Charles 64 years ago. After graduation from St. Charles High, he enlisted in the Army to serve in Vietnam. Jake retired from Columbia Pipe Company, but still remained a very active member and Deacon of the Church of God of Prophecy in St. Charles. He was preceded in death by his Mother Isabelle, Father Ellsworth and his sister Jennifer. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Maydene, his son, John (Nyree) of St.Charles, daughter, Amy (Jonathon) Hansen of Hixson, TN, his six grandchildren, Elise, Adia, Jaiden, Lily, Evan and Nathan, also his sister Crystal (Leon) Gregory of Missouri. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4 to 8:00 P.M. with the funeral Service at 6:30 P.M. at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 E. Main St., St. Charles. Rev. Cal Bolin officiating. Burial will be Thursday at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family.
