ERIC HILL Obituary

NAPERVILLE -Eric Hill lost his battle with cancer on Jan. 9, 2015 and has gone to heaven. Eric, son of Carol (nee Prueter) and Curtis Hill, was born May 27th, 1964 in Beverly, MA. He was a longtime resident of the IAG managed Sandy Bluff group home in Sandwich, and an employee of Open Door Workshop, also in Sandwich. He is survived by his mom, Carol Hill of Naperville and Curt Hill of Naples, FL. His loving brother and sister, Curtis Hill of El Sobrante, CA and Stacia Hill of Lisle, IL. Also, his adored nephews Christopher and Marek Kozina, Adam Hill and his niece Allison Hill. He was a sweet, gentle soul who loved motorcycles, especially Harley Davidsons, trucks, trains, football, music and most of all people. And all who knew him loved him. He will be missed by friends and relatives alike. We were all blessed to have him with us for 50 years. A memorial service celebrating Eric's life will be held in the Garden Chapel of Christ Church of Oak Brook, at 31st and York Rd. on Saturday Jan. 24, 2015 at 3pm. Gifts honoring Eric's life may be sent to the Eric Hill Memorial Trust in c/o Individual Advocacy Group, 1289 Windham Parkway, Romeoville, IL 60446.
