John Perion John Perion was the beloved husband of Ruth Ann (nee Holmlund); loving father of Jon; dear brother of Mark (Diane) and Kevin (Ann) Perion; brother-in-law of Ingrid (John) Wicksall and John (Carla) Holmlund; and cherished uncle of Lacey (Jeff) Eldersveld, Jonathon Wicksall, Mark, Dan (Karen), Katie, Maggie and Andrew Perion. John was born in Chicago on Oct. 7, 1946, and passed away in Park Ridge on Monday, April 2, 2012. He was a tractor trailer driver in the airfreight field. Friends and family will gather on Saturday, April 7, for a memorial visitation from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St. (Northwest Highway/Route 14 at Rand Road), Des Plaines, IL 60016, where there will be a memorial service at 4 p.m. and friends will share their memories of John with each other.
