Nearly 50 years have passed since high school days and the star player of the Greyhound team had fans cheering Joe. Friend to many and good hearted. Knowing Joe had a great responsibility caring and loving the Molitor family, our prayers extend over the miles to every family member that shared his love and kindness.

I am truly sorry to hear about Joe's passing. I will always remember him being so nice to me when I was in grammar school. He was older and in high school but always took time to talk to me when alot of high schoolers didn't want to be bothered with any younger kids. I saw Joe a number of years ago and he hadn't changed - still kind, friendly, sweet.
My prayers are with all of you.

My prayers and thoughts are with all of the Molitor family at this time. Joe was a fun-loving guy when I knew him during my time at St. Gregory Grammar School and High School in Chicago. He played basketball pretty well too, and I think every girl had a little crush on him at one time or another. He will be remembered fondly.
Sincerely,
Jeanette (Giese) Schneider
