At the age of 58, on August 11, 2013, he suddenly went to be with the Lord. Lew is survived by his wife, Gina; children Benjamin (Kallie), Nathan (Laura), and Maggie; sister Susan Curtis; and many other loving family and friends. Memorial visitation will be held from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at the First United Methodist Church of Palatine, 123 N. Plum Grove Rd., Palatine on Thursday, August 15, 2013.
