Mary Patricia Ziembicki of Hoffman Estates for 36 years A service for Mary Patricia Ziembicki (nee Cerny), 63, formerly of Chicago for 21 years, will be at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, at Church of the Holy Spirit, Schaumburg, followed by visitation from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Chandler's Banquets, 401 N. Roselle Road, Schaumburg. Born Jan. 30, 1950, in Chicago, she passed away Aug. 11, 2013, in Hoffman Estates, IL. She was the wife of Ken Ziembicki; mother of Lisa (Jon) Clayden and Cheryl (Jerry) Tersip; sister of Janet Burggraf and Charles Cerny; grandmother of Jared, Cody, Damien and Royce; and aunt of Jennifer, Kim, Victoria, Charles, Steven, Michelle, Eric and Jim. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made c/o Ken Ziembicki.
