Obituary Condolences

Paul J. Beauvais of Mundelein Mass of Christian Burial for Paul J. Beauvais, 73, is 11 AM Wednesday at St. Mary of the Annunciation (small church), 22333 W. Erhart Rd., Mundelein, IL. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation is 3-8 Tuesday at the Kristan Funeral Home P.C., 219 W. Maple Ave. (two blocks west of Route 45 on Route 176), Mundelein. Paul was born March 16, 1940 in Libertyville and died March 27, 2013 at Westmoreland Nursing Center in Lake Forest. Paul was a Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Taiwan. He was a trucker for Volpe for over 40 years before working for Peter Baker. He was an avid bowler and an avid golfer of the Mundelein Golf Association and also enjoyed gardening. He was a diehard Cubs fan and a devoted Papa. Paul was a founding member for St. Mary's Pork & Corn Roast for over 30 years. He was also a member of the American Legion Post #867. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 42 years Bonnie (nee Wiech), Loving children Jennifer (Nelson Flackus the III) Beauvais, Jessica (Marvin) Keys and Jason (Liz) Beauvais, loving grandchildren Kenzie and Logan Keys, Brandan and James Beauvais and Nelson Flackus the IV, his siblings Mary, Elizabeth, Cecile, Sister Anne, Erneste Jr. and Father David. He was preceded in death by his parents Marian and Erneste Sr. and his brother Thomas and brother in law Fred. In lieu of flowers memorials to The North Shore University Health System Neuro Oncology Program, c/o Dr. Nicholas Vick, Kellogg Cancer Care Center, 2650 Ridge Ave., Evanston, IL 60201 appreciated.
