Rich Herdus Sr. a lifelong resident of Wheeling Rich Herdus Sr., 65, was the beloved husband of Evelyn (nee Adamicka) for 40 years; loving dad of Rich (Katherine) Herdus Jr.; dear grandpa of Jackson, Brianna and Griffin; fond brother-in-law of Edda (Joe) Harper, Traudi Forehand, Margie Adamicka, Peter (Madeline) Adamicka and Joby (Elizabeth) Adamicka; and cherished uncle of many. Rich proudly served Wheeling as a community service officer for 34½ years. A Life Celebration Service will be Friday, at 3:30 p.m. at Kolssak Funeral Home, Ltd., 189 S.
