Roy M. Hall Roy M. Hall, 92, died Sunday, May 20, 2012, in Santa Barbara, Calif. He was a longtime resident of Elgin, and worked at the Elgin State Hospital for 36 years. He is survived by his son, Robert and his family. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 31, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Laird Funeral Home, 310 S. State St. (Route 31), Elgin.
