Obituary Condolences

Sadia A. Ashak-Kuzmickus of Libertyville Services for Sadia A. Ashak-Kuzmickus, 54, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17, at Holy Family Church, 450 Keller Ave. Waukegan. Interment will follow in Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, at the Salata-Gurnee Funeral Home, 4190 Old Grand Ave., Gurnee, and from 9 a.m. until the time of the services Monday, at the church. Born July 1, 1954, in Iraq, she passed away Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2008, at Westmoreland Extended Care in Lake Forest. She was an associate chemist at Abbott Labs at Abbott Park for over 20 years and was a member of St. John's Syrian Orthodox Church in Villa Park, Ill. She is survived by her husband, Frank and daughter, Dollie Kuzmickus at home; four sisters, Muna Sielauf of Brussels, Belgium, Hanan Ishak of Germany, Miluk Ishak of Sweden and Tafha Ishak of Sweden; and three brothers, Daniel, Sahd and Rahd Ishak, all of Sweden. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother in infancy. Donations may be made in her memory to Academy of Our Lady Grade School (IC School) or St. John's Syrian Orthodox Church, 250 S.
