Shirley Ann Zenner Shirley Ann Zenner, 76, of Soldiers Grove, Wis., passed away on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012, at her home. She was born on Sept. 30, 1935, in Evanston, Ill., to William and Eleanor (nee Randall) Wiese. She married Richard Zenner on June 25, 1955. He passed away in 2008. They lived most of their lives in Arlington Heights, Ill. They had lived in this area for about 20 years. She belonged to St. Phillips Catholic church and the church PCCW. Her hobbies included quilting, sewing, making stain glass, baking, and taking care of people and animals. She is survived by two sons, Jim (Lana) Zenner of Barrington, Ill. and Rich (Laura) Zenner of Hawthorn Woods, Ill.; four daughters, Sharon (Larry) Goodnow of Mundelein, Ill., Cindy (Ronald) Shruhan of Peabody, Mass., Chris (David) Short of Kenosha, Wis. and Becky (Frank) Kindler of Rolling Meadows, Ill. ; and nine grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, infant Kimberly; and one sister, Martha Anderson. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Oct. 1, at 11 a.m. at St. Phillips Catholic Church at Rolling Ground, 42678 Church Road, Soldiers Grove, Wis., 54655. Father Zacherie Beya will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of the services.
