Obituary Condolences

Thomas D. Schuld of Arlington Heights Thomas D. Schuld was born July 5, 1930 in Chicago to Edwin and Helen (nee Herlache) Schuld. He died Saturday, April 7, 2013 in Arlington Heights. Tom served in the Unites States Army Air Corps. He worked as State Farm Insurance Agent, for 39 years, with offices in Chicago and Des Plaines. He was a member of ST, James Catholic Church in Arlington Heights. Thomas was also a member of the BMW Club of America, the Triumph Club, and a lifetime member of Lattof YMCA. He has a great knowledge of classic automobiles, also loved the outdoors with the activities of sailing, motorcycles, camping, handball, tennis and biking. Tom loved to get donuts from Cumberland Bakery, every morning. He loved to spent time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and was dearly loved by all. Thomas is survived by his spouse Marilyn (nee Roos), whom he married October 11, 1952 in Chicago; his children, Michael (Donna) Schuld, Susan Rohn, Julie (Jerry) Kasala, Jill (Scot) Cooper, Timothy (Julie) Schuld, and Nanci (Dana) Bloss; grandchildren, Nicole (Greg) Zajac, Michael Rohn, Thomas Rohn, Nicholas Schuld, Tyler Schuld, Grace Kasala, Madison Kasala, Brodi Bloss, Charli Bloss, Kara Schuld, and Lyla Schuld; Brother Richard (Donna) Schuld; and Jack the dog. He was preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law William Rohn. Visitation Monday, April 8, 2013 from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 North Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Prayers 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at the funeral home, proceeding to St. James Catholic Church, 831 North Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004 for a 10 a.m. Funeral Mass. Interment is private.
