Toni R. Johnson Toni R. Johnson, dean of students for Elgin U-46 School District, died of pancreatic cancer on Aug. 6, 2012, at Midwestern Regional Medical Center. She was 49. She is survived by her two children, Lieryn, 22 and Matthew, 15. The memorial service will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 17, at Moss-Norris Funeral Home, 100 S.
