1991 - 2014 Obituary Condolences
NAPERVILLE - Daniel Michael Johnson, age 22, a lifelong resident of Naperville, IL, passed away suddenly on July 6, 2014. He was born July 20, 1991 in Naperville, IL. Dan is survived by his loving parents, Susan Johnson of Aurora, IL and David (Laurie) Johnson of Naperville, IL; his cherished sisters, Elizabeth (Scott) Manke of Huntley, IL Katherine (fiance Matt Navo) Johnson of Overland, MO and Andrea MacKenzie of Naperville, IL; brother, Colin MacKenzie of Naperville, IL; his paternal grandparents, Arnold and Joan Johnson of Naperville; his maternal grandfather, Robert Lindberg of Palm Harbor, FL; his aunts and uncles, Steven (Molly) Lindberg, David (Dawn) Lindberg, Carol (Chris) Lewis, Kathy Goodbout, Thomas (Mary) Johnson and Scott (Marsha Anderson) Johnson; his cousins, Tim, Andy and Will Johnson, Maggie (Nick) Klug, Joe McCracken, Mark and Martha Lindberg, Maggie and Emily Lewis, Steven John, Joseph, Jorgie, Julie Lindberg; as well as countless friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Lois Lindberg and his aunt, Lisa Johnson McCracken. Dan was a graduate of Naperville North High School, class of 2009. He earned his bachelors degree from Bradley University in May of 2014 and was currently employed with HON Business Solutions. Dan lived his life to the fullest and will always be remembered for his "Go big or go home!" Visitation will be Tuesday, July 15, 4:00 until 8:00 PM at the Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville. A Celebration of Dan's life will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Naperville Cemetery. For information, 630-355-0213 or www.friedrich-jones.com.
