Darlene and family ... Not sure if you will keep this memorial online after Jan 4 but I hope you know that Joe is still thought of and missed. I went to pay all our INS a few weeks ago and sat with Olga for a bit to catch up on things and I always ask about you and the family . I ran into a magnet with Joes names and stf on it the other day and a letter that was sent with his signature and thought of him. He really was the best agent and friend anyone could have ever asked for. I really loved the fact that he knew my dad who passed away in 1985 and when he did talk about dad he had nothing but kind words to say about him. Maybe that's another reason I was so comfortable with Joe too, he was a family man and made you feel as if you were part of his when you went to the office. I truly hope that you and Joe Jr,Emily and Jeff are doing well and hanging in there too. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and a happy healthy 2010! Joe is still thought about daily and will always be missed. Take care

Darlene & Babiarz Family,
I just learned today of Joe's passing. I am deeply sorry for your loss.
I was a good friend of Joe's in gammer school - I admired his ability to play sports which I was never very good at! His name brought back so many childhood memories. Joe will be missed and his family will be in my prayers. (St. Tars graduate 1968)

Dear Darlene and family,
We were truly shocked when we heard that Joe had passed away last month. He had been our agent for the past 25years and was a wonderful person and friend. He always had great advice and took the time to even come out to the house and take care if business. He always had a smile when I would stop in to pay our insurance and we would sit and chat for a time too. I made sure too when I had gotten married in 2004 that my new husband and I would have joe handle everything for us too as he did for my mom. We will really miss him a lot. Please take care of yourselves and know that Joe will never be forgotten.

Dear Darlene, I was blessed to have Joe as my cousin and friend. We had a great childhood together. Our dad's were "the twins" and our moms were best friends and former classmates. He's having a great time with his mom and dad now, and with uncle Richie and Auntie Steve. He'll be watching out for you and his beautiful son's and daughter. Be strong and carry on.Remember Joe was a good and wonderful man.who loved you and will forever.

Dear Babiarz family,
In 1983 our mother was in Holy Family hospital in Des Plaines, her nurse was Joe's mother. Since that time Joe has provided our families with kindness and consideration. Joe was more then just an agent to our families. Joe will be greatly missed.

I was fortunate to meet the whole Babiarz family when I coached Emily for her first two years of basketball at PR. If no one else showed up to our games, we always knew we could count on a member of the Babiarz family to cheer us on. The whole Babiarz Family has a place in my heart.

Joe had been our agent for probably 25 years. I remember first meeting him when he was going door to door and looking foer new business in the Long Grove business district and he came into our store. He was very professional and he had a great personality. Joe remained very professional and I always felt that I was in good hands with him. We just want to express our sincere condolences. We were all better off for knowing him and we will all miss him.

My thoughts with you all. It was so good to see Joe and Dar once again last year at a (Nilles) wedding with their smiles and looking still so much in love.
Illness brings families closer and remind us of what really matters in families and friends... take care of each other thorugh this hardest of times. Bless you.

Dear Dar,
We were very sad to hear about Joe's passing. We've always valued the friendship we shared since we first met Joe at Taft. Being the star of the basketball team and the center on the football team could have given anyone a sense of self-importance. Not Joe. He was a great teammate, but we admired him much more for his jovial spirit, kindheartedness and devotion to you and your children. He was a true champion in life. You have our sympathy.

To the Babiarz family! I remember so well when I met Joe in 1999 when I moved to Cary and his office was in the strip center on Cary Algonquin Road. He was so handsome, so friendly, and we struck up a friendship immediately. In 2005 I was recovering from back surgery and he came to my home and helped me with my investments and insurance needs. When he first became ill, I was very much in contact with his wonderful staff. I loved seeing his handsome picture on the Jewel carts, and will forever think about his photo being there. My prayers go to the entire family, and we are really at a loss without his handsome and smiling face and caring personality. Maureen (MO) Tague, a customer who will miss him so much!
