Victor E. Frank of Geneva Memorial visitation for Victor E. Frank, 67, will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 11, at the Congregational United Church of Christ, St. Charles. Born Sept. 16, 1942, in New York, N.Y., he passed away Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010, at Pine View Care Center in St. Charles. He graduated from the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, Conn., and worked in sales and management in information technology, specializing in networking hardware. He was a member of the Congregational United Church of Christ in St. Charles, the Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers, the Radio Relay League, Aurora Sportsmen's Club, and was a volunteer for Kane County Emergency Management. Victor enjoyed anything electronic, fishing, traveling and scuba diving. He was a Ham Radio Operator, loved to cook and appreciated all music from classical, to jazz, to blues, to rock. Mr. Frank is survived by his wife, Bonnie V. Wallace; a son, Jeffrey S. Frank of Chicago; a daughter, Krista (James) Novak of Yorkville; three grandchildren, Katelyn, Marissa and Jamie Novak; a stepdaughter, Deborah L. (Brian) Pemberton of Sevierville, Tenn.; a stepson, Brian J. Wallace of West Chicago; and two stepgrandchildren, Keely Manda and Matthew Wallace.
