Please accept my sincere sympathy. Richard was the coolest and kindest neighbor anyone could have. I'll never forget him climbing up our building because he locked himself out of their condo. The memories I have of our evenings of "two buck chuck" are priceless.

Uncle Rick will be missed greatly. Our fond memories of him will be with us forever. I always remember a smile on his face and a soft laugh when in our presence. We love you Uncle Rick. Give all of our loved ones a big hug up in heaven.Ursula our thoughts and prayers are with you now and fovever!
