Margaret, Jim and family, When I heard of this awful accident my heart cried for you. I will pray for all of you every day that God helps you to understand how to go on. I have no words of wisdom to take away the pain. I am so very sorry!

We live in the Libertyville area, are parishioners at St. Joe's, and also have an 11 year old boy who loves to tube, ski, and fish. Though we don't know your family, please know that your tragedy has affected us deeply. We can't get you out of our minds as we try to imagine how difficult it must be for you to carry on. Please don't give up. We are praying for all of you and will never forget. Your boy was beautiful. I'm so sorry.

Dear Jim,
I am so, so sorry to hear of this tragedy. I lost a 5 month old years ago, so I have a small sense of what your family is going through, though I recognize that yours is a greater tragedy. For me, the best medicine was the company of family and friends. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Words cannot express my sorrow for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Tony will truly be missed. I will always remember his cute, smiling face and his kindness. He was a sweet boy. I so enjoyed working with him at Butterfield School when he was learning to read.

Through this extremely difficult time know that our prayers are there for you and your family. Hope you will be able to feel the peace and grace that Tony is enjoying with his Heavenly Father now. May his wonderful memories bring smiles through the tears! John and Cindy Stewart and Trey

Jim and Margaret -- I heard about what happened to your beautiful boy on the news and just about fell over when I realized it was your son. I cannot tell you how sad, sorry and sick I am for you and your family. Trying to find the right words to say at a time like this are incredibly difficult. Please know that I am thinking and praying for you all.

Although I do not know your familly I am so very sorry for your loss. There are are no words for the pain you all must be feeling. Sometimes there are no answers as to why things happen. God needed a beautiful little angel named Tony, may he rest in peace. May you find comfort in your memories of your beautiful son.
