PAUL KOENIG Obituary

Paul Lance Koenig, 70, passed away Monday, August 10, 2015, in Ontario Canada. He was born March 30, 1945 in Chicago, and raised in Wheaton Illinois. He graduated from Wheaton Central High School and Yale University and was a long time USPS employee in the Chicago suburbs. He was a lifetime member of Muskies Inc. He was an avid cyclist, photographer, and reader, and had a real passion for blues and jazz, barbeque ribs, and fishing. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul, and his mother, Mary. He is survived by brothers, John (Deborah) Koenig and Frank (JoAnne) Koenig, nephew Matt Koenig, and nieces, Kristen Luck, Debbie Proctor, Leah Mathis, Elizabeth Koenig, and Melissa Koenig. Visitation Sunday 2:00 to 6:00pm at Williams-Kampp Funeral Home, 430 E. Roosevelt Road (one block east of Naperville Road), Wheaton. Funeral info, 630-668-0016 or www.williams-kampp.com.
