Mrs. Doris G. Jacks

TALLADEGA - Graveside services for Mrs. Doris G. Jacks, 90 of Talladega, will be Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2009 at 3 p.m. at Hepzibah Baptist Cemetery with the Rev. Marty Phillips officiating. Mrs. Jacks died Sunday at Talladega Health Care. Survivors are her daughter, Martha L. Haywood; her granddaughters, Louraine M. Roberts, Doris "Cissie" Smith; her grandson, Dewayne Milstead; six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. Mrs. Jacks was retired from Bemiston Mills with 45 years of service and was a Baptist by faith. She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert A. Jacks; and a grandson, Gerald Lee "Peanut" Milstead. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the services.
