Funeral service for Otis H. Abrams, 87, will be at Curtis and Son North Chapel, Monday, May 3, 2010, 2 P.M. with the Rev. James Long officiating. Entombment in Evergreen Mausoleum. Mr. Abrams died April 28, 2010 at Floyd E. "Tut" Farm State Veterans Home, Huntsville, AL. He was retired from Chevron oil and was a veteran of World war II and the Korean Conflict and was also a Battery Commander in the Sylacauga National Guard. He is preceded in death by his wife; Vivian Abrams; brothers, L.M. Abrams, Leon Abrams, Lois Abrams; sisters, Glenda Craft and Margie Duke. He is survived by his son, Russell S. Abrams and wife Sharon of Huntsville; brother, Wayne Abrams, Sylacauga; sisters, Louise Camp and Fay Fulmer both of Sylacauga; grandchildren, Ashley Gemmill, Rachael Abrams, and Courtney Weaver.
